Are these worth anything? BTW... WHAT ARE THEY!?!?!

This brings me to the topic of conservation. When supply and demand for captive bred corals becomes high due to names and values the natural supply is depleted.

I agree with most of what you say, but I doubt giving names to zoas will lead to depletion of said zoas in the wild.

I think knowing the prices/values of things are important. For someone new, like me, I see things sold here and locally all the time and I have no idea if I'm getting ripped off. I know what I like, but because people collect these as well, sometimes prices can get out of whack. When someone prices the pink ones on top and says they go from $1 to $10 a polyp it's difficult for someone new to determine a good price. Like any kind of collecting, people get ripped off more when there is little pricing information available. The more it's made public, the more prices tend towards the middle. Fewer "great deals" but fewer ripoffs as well.

post a better pic and I will give you a price. One other thing you can do to see some prices is to go to ebay and look under the completed items. just type in zoanthids and click on the completed box.You will see that there is alot of pink zoas that look different in there own way but still kinda the same.then look at the price some are going for.
