It smells literally like raw sewage when it goes bad

I know, 'cause I got a bad batch directly from the fish store awhile back....it was the first time I tried it...AND the last.

Note:
I called DT's direct and got no replacement offer or anything of that nature. (BAD decision!) They blew me off by telling me to go back to the store to resolve the issue.
