Accidentally dropped one of my radion pros in the water for about 3 seconds (the right side) and now it is on the fritz (blinking LEDs, not establishing connection). Is there any procedure I can execute to maybe try and save this thing, before having to buy another?

I suppose you could try putting it in a baggy of rice.. Kinda like if you dropped your phone..

Wouldn't hurt to try

first thing DO NOT PUT POWER TO IT ANY MORE, electricity flowing thru liquid across circuits like that just causes corrosion faster, submerge the board in 97% isopropyl rubbing alcohol for a few mins and swirl it around to get any salt out from under or between any chips, 97% alcohol will evaporate very quick but let dry for a few hours then try it. i by no means am saying this will work but i have revived numerous liquid damaged macbook pros this way, one person managed to get a whole 16oz cup of cappuccino inside his, a few months later he brought me another with cola in it, 2 years later and still work like new.

If its just the puck thats shot you can just buy the upgrade kit. I bet they'd let you send it in and fix whatever you need done to it. I'd do the rice or alcohol trick first just to clean it up.

I will try and contact them and see what I can do then.

Plugged it in this morning. Lights come on and work, but no connection could be established either wirelessly or via usb. Light is blinking red.
