Arrow crabs and bristle worms

I know bristle worms (disgusting though they may be) are not a bad thing to have in ones tank.

That being said, I have a massive infestation to worms. So bad that my poor Royal Gramas lips are filled with bristles from encounters with the worms. The poor little fish remains in hiding 24/7.

So I want to thin out the population...how likely to succeed am I with an Arrow Crab?

What is the major downside of the arrow crab?

My understanding is that arrow crabs will help with the population, but they can also be opportunistic feeders, particularly on smaller fish while they sleep.

I have an arrow crab and it has been a model citizen and not gone after any of the stock I use to have quite a few bristle worms but don't see any now it has cleared them I do however also target feed the arrow crab a chunk of mussel which it grabs and scurries off to eat.

It does also take caught food from my BTA tenticles it like runs his pincers gently over the tenticles and gets extra nibbles that way. My anenomie has not been bothered about it but the maroon clown gets annoyed with the arrow sometimes when robbing it's anenomie.
