I just wanted to share my experience with them. After trying to find replacement parts from fellow reefers I details sided to call them. A lady answered with a thick accent and would not connect me to customer service. She hounded me about what I wanted then put me into a mail box that was full.

There is no help From them. I this.m I might just go down there in person and meet the president of their company and let him know how much she does not help them or their customers.

All kidding aside, what part are you looking for? Many places carry their products and have parts available.

Im looking for the cone. I found one brand new at fishy business for 26.99, so I'm going to be ordering it from them. I don't know if they are in business or not, but with the way they treat the public, they will not be for long.

And I hate posting on my cell because its always messed up. Sorry for the typos earlier
