ASM-G1 Pump not working

I have an ASM G1 Skimmer, was running fine, i unplugged everything to do a water change. Plugged the skimmer back in and pump isn't working.

I took it out and have it soaking in vinegar water, the pump makes a low hum and vibrates to the touch but the needle wheel isn't spinning. The pump has never run dry, when I did the water change the skimmer section of the sump never had the water lowered in it. Worked fine before I unplugged it to do the water change.

What can I do to get it working again?

I believe its a seda 2500 pump.

I would be doing exactly what you are doing. Soak the impeller/shaft assembly in vinegar untill the impeller will spin freely on the shaft.
