ASM G2 vs G3 recommendaton

I've deceided that I'm going to buy either an ASM G2 or G3 for my 90Gallon FOWLER setup. Curently it has 105lbs of fiji rock, a mated pair of clowns, a valentini puffer, and two small damsels. The tank has been running for over three months now and in the future I may ad some corals. Can anyone advise be as to the benefit of using a G2 vs G3 or should I just spend the aditional $30 and go with the G2. I may at some point upgrade to a 125 setup but this would be in the distant future. Any help would be appreciated.

spend the extra $30. youll be happy you did. also the g3 has a larger pump and diameter and height=defenitally worth $30

Do you know if the G-2 or 3 can be hung or stand outside the sump. My problem is room and I was told the ASM were very good skimmers.

They are prone to leaks and should only be used in the sump.
