hello guys, what are your comments on asm skimmers, im thinking of upgrading, and need to know if i am making a good purchase, what about a reef devil or a octopuss, thanks

ASM skimmers are a cheaper version of Euro-reefs. They used to be very popular skimmers but after ASM raised their prices and the ocotopus skimmers came out, they don't get too much attention. You would be much better of buying an octopus skimmer. They are made from cast matieral and don't drain the wallet.

can you tell me any diference between octopuss, asm, and euro-reef, do you have one of these models?

I make my own skimmers so haven't ran any of them side by side to compare then. Both Euro-reef and the octopus skimmers are made from cast material, while ASM skimmers are made from extruding material. Euro-reefs would be the best out of those three as they modify the pumps that are included with the skimmers.
