Aspiring reef keeper

Hello!

I have some freshwater background and now I am thinking about hopping on the reef tank train.

I have been eyeballing the Aqua Medic Blenny nano tank and I was wondering if anyone has any experiences about this product, for example is the skimmer that comes with it noisy?

Also would the three 3x3 Aquasunspot LED lights be enough to keep soft corals and possibly LPS?

If anyone has other aquarium packages to suggest that are approximately in the same price range I would be glad to hear about it.
