Assessing value for local sale

So I have a friend who has a mated pair of occs clowns..they've been spawning for several weeks..and she doesn't know the value?

Anyone have any ideas?

She also has a great mated pair of Grade A picassos...they haven't spawned but are truly beautiful and should begin to spawn soon...any idea on their value?
