ATB 849 v2 vs Reef Octopus xp2000

I am just about to get a new skimmer. I have a medium stocked 120g dot with 40g sump, and have narrowed it down to these two skimmers. Is the ATB worth the extra $150 over the SRO xp2000? I plan on doing this today with the memorial day sales, so please help.

I Haven't had any of the new octo's but I have had many atb's and they are great. Customer support is alo fantastic.

I have owned both and like both. I just took the SRO 2000 out of my tank, since I jumped up to an ATB Elegance 200. It performed very well. Noise levels are higher on the SRO, but tolerable. Customer service from either will never be a problem. The SRO has more warranty time though....
