I'm looking for a clever way to mount my 24" 6 bulb sunpower over my frag tank build. I do not want hang from the ceiling or use the cable mount in any way. I found an idea online and decided to make a sketchup model of it. I am new to sketchup so it isn't perfect, but I think it has what it needs to be shared with a local metal builder. The idea is to mount it the back of my stand around the plumbing. I did not think of this until after the fact, so I had to make do with what I had. The light can slide back and fourth a bit and move up out of the way if needed. It will be made out of 6063 aluminum. Any extra ideas? criticisms?

Look into 80/20 Aluminum extrusions / parts
I've looked into 80/20 a bit, but I couldn't find a swivel motion that I'm looking for. Plus it gets expensive with all the parts and shipping.
