ATO and water changes

My 65gal Red Sea Reefer with ATO has bee setup for about a week now, and I've noticed it evaporates about a gallon every 2 days.
With that being said, when I do water changes, do I still do 10% each week or does the ATO change that?

The ato doesn't change it b/c it doesn't remove any waste or add any trace elements.
