My Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152 has stopped working. It does not pump when it should. I have checked the power supply which passes. I have a spare unused pump not working either. Float clear of any obstruction. Unit in use since december 2015. Any help would be great.
I have no unfinished repairs except for one that arrived today. If you give me your name I will look it up, generally if it arrived Monday, it would have been done on Tuesday.
No this was a slightly older nano Osmolator and the controller had failed, older ones had a weaker switching system that could burn out if switched frequently due to waves or rapid evaporation and that was upgraded mid last year.
