As the title says.
My diy ato gave up the ghost after two years
The replacement IM Hydrofill worked for a month (just long enough to be outside of the return window)
The replacement replacement Hydor Smart ATO didn't last 24 hours
Looking for suggestions for a QUALITY replacement.

Ive always used a float valve with gravity feed. Never failed on me. I got a jbj top off with aqualifter pump, been using for a month and it has worked perfectly so far.

I have used the same Tunze osmolator for many years and its still going strong. That being said, I am thinking about getting the Apex Atk eventually just because I like the centralized control

+1 on the tunze. I'd try to pick up a used one if price point is a problem.

I have used the E-FINS ATO water refill genie. I've been using it now for a year and have had zero issues with it. I see them advertised for $89. Pump included...

I got mine from Triton.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
I have a RKL so I may just go with the float valve kit, which oddly enough is something I've never considered.
I'll see how that goes but I may be saving up for the Tunze.

I am deciding between the Tunze and the ATK and will be stand alone. Which to get?

Seems like there are plenty of use Apex systems for sale here. Maybe one of those. A controller makes things easier imho.
