How did you make an ATO with an Apex?

Apex Breakout box and float sensors. I use 2 sensors for max low (pump on) and max high (pump off).

I got the bracket and two floats from here http://www.autotopoff.com and hooked them up to the break out box, they control am outlet that runs a toms aqualifter.
