Jeremy,
I spoke with Discover today... they said that you have not removed the the double charge for the vortech pump!
It has been 8 days now and they told me that if the charges are not off by friday that i should dispute the entire bill.
I am not happy with premium aquatics at this point,
I feel Like my phone calls are being blown off!
I do most of my shopping with PA and I'm not sure I will be a returning customer!

Hi Ian,

I have spent the last couple of days dealing with two different reps from Discover card Merchant Services on this. Neither of them can find where you were double billed on your order.

We had an original transaction of $356.19 with authorization code 006554 that was declined due to your address not matching your card. We then got that straightened out and reauthorized the card for hte correct amount, which was $358.39, using the same exact authorization code. So the funds that should have been captured were $358.39, and nothing else.

Every now and then we'll find problems where cards can be double authorized with address issue (note: NOT double charged), and those authorizations can linger on a card for 3-4 days, however both reps I have spoken with have confirmed that this is not the case, and they do not see any other transaction on your card, other than one that was declined for the same amount of $358.39.

Discover card recommended to me that you call them to obtain an immediate copy of your statement showing proof of the second charge. If it is on there then they said for me to call them back once I had a copy of this and will dig further to see where the error could have occurred.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. Please be assured that I have done everything I am capable of to fix this issue, it's just that my records, as well as Discover cards records are not showing the problem.

Now I understand what happened!
Discover should have explained that to me!
I apologize for the previous post.
I got frustrated because discover was blaming you guys for the mistake!!!
It is apparent that they are at fault..
Next time I order... I will use visa/MC!!!!!

It's no problem at all. If I were in your position I would be completely frustrated and ticked off as well! No worries. :)
