Attaching a 6025/6045 to WavySea?

Has anyone done this before and how? I know WavySea sells an attachment for the regular Streams but can't seem to find anything for the Nano Streams. Thanks for any help and suggestions.

The 6025/6045 are a bit harder to secure to a wavysea then the Streams are.
I've seen two different methods people have used to attach the smaller tunzes.
1. Glued a pvc tube directly to the top of the 6025/6045 then slipped it onto the wavysea.
2. Used a Y loc-line and then zip tipe the tunze to the locline.

Hope that helps a bit.

Thanks for the suggestions T. I'll look into the second option b/c I don't know if I want to permanently glue something to the PH itself.

Kenny, try this, put an end cap onto your wavysea, tap an 1/4" hole and use the screw to secure the nano stream bracket into the end cap

You might want to think it through before doing this. I tried using a stream with the wavysea and the issues that cropped up were

1) Depending on where you place it, the steam plus holder might not look great in the middle of the tank.

2) The stream might be too powerful for the sides that are closest to it and mess up your sand and aquascape.

I tried the stream first then moved to a mod maxi 1200 before settling on a maxi 900 with no mod.

Just some thoughts. Good luck.

Thanks for the offer Steve. I do have a tap set.

Pauper - Thanks for the heads up. I plan to use 2 of them a third of the way in from either end at the back of the tank. Both will be sweeping 180 degree. The nearest side is about 2 feet away. I know the Streams will be too much, hence the 6025/6045. Plus they are smaller so shouldn't be too much of an eyesore.

I have 3 Tunze 6045's on WavySeas. All I did was use IC glue that I use for frags. I glued the magnet that goes on the outside of the tank glass to the pvc part that comes witht he WavySea that is used as a maxi Jet adapter. Than I just attach the magnets works great. I have 3 and did for a frined on 500G tank that has 10!

Here you go.
