Aussie Gold Torch loses color

Just bought a aussie fold torch from my friend this past weekend. He had it for about 1 year in his tank with LED lighitng. It's color was super intense when it was in his tank, however, it is not in my tank. Mine is 250 W MH.

Should i give it more time to get used to the lighting?

MH tends to do that for some coral like my chalices. It dulls their colors. You may want to give it time.

What bulb are you using? A 20k bulb will give nice coloration. Or adding a T5 Retro kit with actinics could help bring more color out.
