Automated Calcium control?

I'm just looking for a basic rundown on how to automated and get optimal calcium levels.

Kalkwasser drip? Calcium reactor? Are either of these actually controlled by tank calcium levels or do they need to be dialled in manually and adjusted all the time?

A Kalkwasser drip will maintain your calcium level and Alk level provided usage can be met by the drip rate. It does need to be dialed in.

How about a Calcium reactor? I think you just need to get the right pH on the effluent, and then it's automatic, right?

I wouldn't use a Calcium reactor unless you have an SPS dominant tank. Or, and extremely heavy Alk/Ca demand. Here's an article that will help you pick the appropriate method of maintaining your levels. Either 2-part, kalk, or a calcium reactor are appropriate, depending on your situation.

Hmm... So Kalkwasser on it's own should be fine unless I go psychotic with the SPS corals.

Would the Precision Marine KR620 reactor be good for a 90-120g?
