Automatic Feeders

What would you guys suggest for a good automatic feeder?

Other than going to Marine Depot and picking out the most expensive one, the Eheim Feed Air Automatic Feeder - $55.00, what should one be looking for?

The first should cost next to nothing to make considering you could use any reefsafe container and the second close to nothing with a little thought and imagination.

I got this one a couple of months ago and it works great.

The only problem I had was the flake food was going straight to my overflow, so I added a feeding ring for the feeder to drop the food into.

I have a Eheim and really easy to use and worth every penny. I didn't want to spend that much for a feeder but i'm glad i did. On sale now!
