autotop off systems

has anybody dealt with autotopoff.com? im looking to add a topoff system to my 90 that im setting up, i was wondering if anybody can recommend a good system for top off of tank? i might just go out to saltycritter tommorrow and get theres, did anyone get that topoff from them, and if so how is it?

I would order from www.top-off.com i ordered from them it is a little cheaper and it has dual float switches for redundency. I orderd from them and it works perfectly and they were helpfull

If you belong to C-SEA and can wait a little while we are talking about doing a DIY workshop on auto top off systems at one of the upcoming meetings. It will be closer to the features of the "deluxe" system at the link djcool563 posted but close to or less than the "basic" system they sell. You also get the knowledge of how it works and how to fix it if things ever go wrong. Not to mention the great "I built that" feeling you will have too

I won mine from www.autotopoff.com about two years ago, at the Columbus swap. I LOVE it. I had the Spectra pure topoff that Salty Critter carries and it fowled up and dumped all the contents of my 5gal top off bucket into the tank. Didn't overflow but tossed the salinity off. Definately want something with dual snesors.

I also found that they need a little turbulance to work properly. I origionally installed it in a dead calm chamber and it would get hung as it was activated. Moved it to a spot with some surface motion and it works like a charm.
