yep. I have been using it for over 6 years. I use to resize and reformat in-game Quake 3 pics with it. it's pretty slick.

larry just downloaded it how do i work it???
i have a pic up but how do i get it to 150 x 150

You have to open the file you want to resize.
Click on Image, then Resize/Resample
Then in the Set New Size box enter 150 in the width or height box
I enter it in whichever one has the larger number.
Then click on OK
It should shrink the pic down to avatar size.
Then save as whatever you want to call it.
Then load it into RC
I down loaded this program the other day and found it to be pretty easy,
and trust me I can F#$k up anything.

lol lol lol i did exactly what you told me.....i got to change my avatar once and then i was just messing around and i wanted to try again so i did another one and got it under 150 x 150
and it says the file to to big!!!
so i dont know what the problem is

when you do a save as, you can adjust the picture quality, and remove the attached data on the pic, like the data, and type of camera. so do a save as, the save dialog box will appear, uncheck all the boxes, and try lowering the pic quality to 90. you might have to lower it to 80 to get it smaller then 8kb. This is the side box that appears with the save as, not with the save.
I also use the app to take screen caps, and do batch rename's of files.
