how in the world do ya'll make the avatars work? i've tried reducing the size, even to microscopic, using photobucket to make the avatar, etc. and it always tells me the file size is too big. right now its at 44kb, but i still get the error: :uzi: "The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 8192 bytes." thanks!

hey randy, i appreciate it. i dont really know which pic i wanna use yet. can you tell me what i'm doing wrong? i'd really like to be able to do it myself so i can change it when i get tired of it. how do you do it?? thanks!

You have to resize it to 150x150 pixels and under 8192 bytes...
