Awesome macro, BUT can you ID it?

Ok, this is a really cool red/pink macro that recently started growing in my tank and I'm just curious what it is. I never saw it before I moved and none of my rock is new, so I am really confused as to where it can from. The only thing I can think of is that my bicolor blenny was keeping it in check before and when he died in the move nothing else eats it. Its also growing very quickly. Here are three pics with dates for growth tracking.

Im not worried about its growth rate because the number of stalks isnt increasing. There is only one plant, its just growing out. The pictures dont do the color justice. It is such a bright flourescent pink/red. Until I am told it can go sexual and possibly release toxins, Im going to enjoy it. Thanks for the link Dragonfly, I will check it out when I get home. The page is pretty big to check on my phone

Is a rhodophyte. Not sure which one, I'll look when I have a reference book handy. But I would encourage it to grow. It looks rather nice. It doesn't look like a nuisance algae.
