Hey everyone,
We just got back from Pheasant Run. We are locking down the details of the final floor plan!! It is fun filling up 38,000 square feet!!!
We met our floor manager Al, and our bar tender Jorie. We need to meet with jimmy Smith this week to lock down the details of the food and refreshments. We are thinking hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, chicken breast sandwich, etc etc.
The planning committee met this morning to figure out the final details for the day of th event. Most of the volunteer positions have been filled and we will be reaching out to those who are still interested ( free entrance ticket, t shirt, vender party, etc etc etc). If you want to participate in the volunteer positions, please drop me a PM.
MOST OF THE FLOOR PLAN IS SOLD OUT. We are very excited to announce that every time we upload a new floor plan, someone else jumps on board. We have even had venders that originally said "No" reach back out and let us know they want to participate! Cool!
MASNA IS ON BOARD! I guess someone is taking notice of our little club!
The goodie bags should be arriving any day now, and we ordered 100 t shirts on Friday.
The St Charles Boy Scout Troops are going to be there and helping us direct traffic. It is great to help out the local clubs.
The Coral cutting class and Reef ball exhibit are just about sold out, and we are now offering A NEW RAFFLE PRIZE. Anyone that signs up automatically gets entered into a private raffle for a 12 galling JBJ nano cube w/stand and a pair or expensive fish (to be determined) so you has a place to be your new frags!! All of those hat have already signed up are automatically included!!
I am really fired up about this. Get your tickets early so you are not standing in line for an hour trying to get in.. EXPRESS LANES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE HOLDING TICKETS! If ou have been to a recent frag swap, you know why this is important!
Looking forward to seeing everyone in 2 weeks!!!
