Just to let everyone know that I recieved my Maxi-Jet 1200 powerhead last night and noticed that the suction cups were missing. I e-mailed them last night...and this morning I recieved an e-mail that my suction cups were mailed to me.

That was fast service, with a great response!

Yes, MD and MDL excel at customer service. It is what puts them heads and shoulders above most other online vendors. Let's all hope that they never lose that
