I got many different batch of baby clowns, size is 0.5~1.5in

I used to feed 'HIKARI Small' after BBS. Also, I bought 'TDO B2' from "reefnutrition" recently but I realized that it was too small.

Anyway, I need some information.

Does anybody know what is the size of TDO as equal size as 'HIKARI small' among the c1 and c2? Then, I can assume size of the others.

Can you suggest anything else other than TDO? Also, the shipping cost at "reefnutrition' is high for food.

The shipping cost is because the foods need to stay cold, its really no different than other places.

I feed my clowns b1 after bbs then switch to nls .5mm pellets then to the 1mm pellets, it seems to work out well for me though.

You could always take pellet foods and crush them up to smaller size instead of using the tdo brands

I have never used hikari foods so i couldnt say the size difference.

what about kensfish Golden Pearls or brineshrimpdirect Golden Pearls ? is it good?

Quite a few people have had good luck with golden pearls, i however have never tried it.

Golden perals work really good, I ened up using that instead of BBS. I lost a couple more fry than normal but it worked overall. It took some time.

Those pellets look to be about 1mm, which would fall on the top scale of C2, but C2 is a range of granules. Hikaris is a pellet.

Beyond size, there really is no comparison between Hikari and TDO. Hikari is not a larval and grow out feed. Its a basic general feed. TDO is developed to change along with the size of the fish as they need different stuff at different times, not just the size of the granule or pellet.

If you can, TDO can be shipped via ground which will lower the cost. I do not think you can do it via our website, at this time.
