Not aptasia....they can move but not in the sense you are taking about.

Be very cautious of hitchhikers.
The free stuff can be bad for you tank.

Hard to tell from the picture. Not a feather duster, probably not a pest anemone. My money would be on a hydroid.

I think novice reefers get way too panicked over hitchhikers. I would never start a tank with dry rock ...... how dull! Part of the fun, for me at least, is the variety of small animals that emerge from the live rock.
