Baby Anemone?

I just started my tank 2 weeks ago with LR, and today I found a little thing that came out of the rock. It has a purple and white wide stem with long purple/white tentacles. It's about the size of my thumbnail.

A few hours after I found it, I saw that it had had moved to a higher spot on the rock. Then, I saw it "jump" back and float to it's original hiding spot in the rock. Can anyone ID what this is?

Working on a pic. It looks like its peeling into 2, almost like a green onion at the base.
