Baby Bubble vessel

Well thats what I'm gonna call it for now.. LOL...

After my clowns stopped laying eggs for almost 3 months, they finally started up again a few weeks ago. So I got back on the rots and phyto wagon and finally have a stable supply of food, fingers crossed. So the only way other than trying to wait out the hatch is to make a vessel to bubble the babies out of their eggs. I would have loved to use the glass beaker like was mentioned from that other site but I had to make my own. I used a 2 liter bottle, poked a hole in the cap, inserted a air stone, and then zip tied it to a egg crate holder.

First problem was the eggs were falling past the air stone and not getting put back into the stream. I had cut a washer from the plastic to slide around the air stone. Didn't work. So on to a second prototype. I used a vinyl glove cut up and put that around the air stone and that seemed positive to keep them from falling below. Worked for awhile but still failed. So on to the third proto. I just finished it and have not tried it yet but it will be in action tonight. I used Aquamend to fill up the cavity and it seems to have turned out great. I flushed the airstone up with tapered sides so when they fall, it will be in circulation. I read that glass is a better option but hopefully this is the way for me.

I figured I'd share it with you guys and hopefully have some suggestions as I go thru it again. Since the egg spot on the rocks is so small, the tile trick just didn't pan out. Last time I had moved rocks to position some small pieces of tile in there but proved to be the wrong move as they stopped laying. So hopefully this will be a better option as I have used the straw suction technique which has worked wll but proven bad for the larva as the vessel hasn't worked right. I'll post another picture of it in action once I get it in place... The whole thing sits inside a small acrylic tank I made with water half way.
Here is what I have so far....
