Well I bought two mated pair of skunk clownfish and the store gave me the rock that had there eggs on it and I put one under my microscope and could see the baby fish moving in the egg. What will the baby clownfish eat. I don't have live rotifers but I have frozen ones what else will they eat.

It wont survive after it hatches out of the egg. It will get sucked up into the filtration or may be eaten by another fish or organism. You have to wait for them to hatch, which I believe is on the 7th or 8th night and then raise them in a separate tank with special food, etc. Its not an easy task.

rotifers and copepods they must be live I think those eggs are couple days from hatching you also need phyto to feed the roti

I suggest getting joyce wilkersons book on clownfish and do some research on what it takes to raise clownfish from eggs and go from there. you will have plenty of chances later on to raise the babies.

If you only have one tank get a breeders net. You can purchase them at any petco/petsmart etc. Atleast that will give them a chance instead of being sucked up into the filtration.
