They look kind of small for 37 days. What is your water temperature and feeding regimen?
You should be closer to 27c. Raise their temperature a bit, and you will get much better growth. You also need a bit more surface agitation for better Oxygen exchange in order keep misbars to a minimum. I see you have some live rock, you could benefit a lot by using a sponge filter, which will also aid in aeration and better biological filtration. How often do you do water changes now? These are my typical juveniles at 34 days.

Dang Enriq yours is huge for 37 days old mine are not anywhere near that size and I keep the water at 27c and have lots of aeration along with feeding 3 times a day.
