Baby Flower Pot

I just got a little baby one literally about 1/4 the size of a pea. I noticed it just chillin in the sand and asked the guy how much and he said whatever change I had in my pocket so I got it for 13 cents! It has one large polyp that, when expanded, is about an inch long and 3 tiny polyps. How fast will this grow because it is so little that my banded sleeper goby keeps burying it in the sand when he sifts through it.

If you want any chance of it surviving I would get it off the sand, cause thats causing it alot of stress. Also they are big filter feeders so unless your tank is "dirty" you may need to add like coral frenzy or something of that manner.

it's a green one and i try to keep it on top of the rocks, but every once in a while a fish will knock it down on the sand
