Baby Frogspawn??

I have a pink tip frogspawn. It looks like baby torches starting at the bases of the fleshy part. There are atleast 5-6 on each torch, and I have several torches. I'm not sure if this is what they are and I'm unable to get a closeup picture of them. They look like perfect tiny flowers with just a white hard base. Does anyone know if these are babies? Should I do anything special for them? I've had this coral for about 6 months and it has done really well.

yup.

theyre buds.

They grow under the stalk so that if something like a parrot fish comes along and eats the whole head, they'll be exposed to light, and can grow out. Theyre an insurance policy so to say.

Calfo reccomends clipping them off and affixing them to plugs, but I generally dont find it to be worth the time, as it takes SO LONG to get them to grow out to a saleable size.
