So what is the survival rate of baby turbos and bumble bee snails, and what to do to care for them? I was just taking a look at the tank tonight and noticed baby snails on the glass and then a hole group of them on the adjacent rock, so I kept looking and counted about 20 of them most about 1/16 to 1/8th inch in diameter. I also saw 2 baby snails with a black and yellow striped conch.
My tank is a 75gal but what is worrying me is that I have 3 emerald crabs and 1 sally lightfoot, and the usual hermits and shrimps(peppermint and dancing). These guys are always picking at the rock cleaning it. So will they intentionally eat the snails or will they leave them alone. Baby garden snail have a soft shell is it the same with these baby turbos? Lots of questions, but what is the growth rate of snail? I would sure like to see them grow.
