baby starfish

were did he come from????


ok here is the story, i have what looks like maybe 20 little tiny starfishs on the glass everywhere

were did they come from and are the a good thing or bad?

if good what do i do now???

Probably microstars. Good things. They can come in on live rock, or live sand. They will reproduce, and be great scavengers, eating any detritus in your sandbed, and in your rock's crevices.

You really just leave them alone. I think that some wrasse will eat them though...probably sixlines...
