Baby starfish?

Hello today I just noticed these on my glass, are these starfish?

Asterina stars. That's about as big as they get. If there's one there's 100.

Really, how are these acquired?

They come in as hitchikers. I have them too. Some consider them pests but they never bothered anything in my tank. I think mine came in on a monti frag.
