Back after a small hiatus.

I kept African cichlids as a teenager for years, then starting in '07 I began keeping nano reefs while working for a LFS in VA Beach. A couple years later I got busy moving around for work and was unable to have a tank. Got another one up and running about 6-7months ago and it feels so good!

JBJ ATO w/ aqua lifter

A bit of a mixture of SPS and some LPS with scattered zoas and mushrooms.
It's so hard to get proper photos with my iPhone under the LED lights some colors just don't translate well.

Awesome, I'm preparing to re-enter the hobby as well. I had to shut down my tank after the divorce. She got the house, and I didn't want to be moving tanks all over, but things are finally stabilizing again.

Good to hear man, yeah this tank is also post wifey for me Sure feels good to be back at it, it's amazing how much I missed having a tank! The wife? Not so much..

Haha, while I do miss my wife, we're both happier away from each other. I definitely miss my tank though, and it never put me through the hell that she did.

Haha, it's cool. It's been a year. The new girlfriend is considerably lower maintenance and less unstable.

Where at the beach is a LFS. I tried finding one while there last summer. Also, I heard fishing has picked up, finally?

It's about a 10-15min drive from the actual ocean front, a place called Animal Jungle. I haven't worked there since '07 and last time I was in there was a couple years ago, but they still had some nice stuff.

Queen City is a great place to live too. I lived in both places, I still love them both. There is a great LFS in Charlotte. Fintastic, I believe. It's been 14 or more years, since I lived there. Oh, GO PANTHERS. Lol
