Hi Roger, back again

I have been asking around what the skimmate on my tunze 240/3 should look like. People say that because it's a diffusion skimmer it's not going to be very dark. Is this true? What amount of skimmate should I be getting on a 800L tank when the skimmers rated 1000-2000L

I can't give you an answer on the amount of skimmate but it will be between tea colored and light green.

Is it possible to roughly tell me? Say for example.. the cup should fill up over 3-5 days?

No, because aquariums vary so much in load and also the ability of the rock and sand to consume debris that you could have no skimmate or you could fill a cup in a few days. I would clean it weekly but would expect it would take a few weeks to fill that cup, it holds over a liter.
