I've been in and out of this hobby for over 20 years.

After taking a 6 year break I jumped back in.

I have had the giant 400 gallon tanks. Nano tanks and mostly anything inbetween.

This time I settled for a cadlights 70 gallon. Really wanted the 100 but just couldn't justify the size.

Added rock and sand this past weekend. It's cycling right now.

Amazing how the hobby has changed, especially live rock and lack of availability.

I ended up sourcing some killer Haitian rock, it was dry but being seeded right now.

I have to say the shapes and sizes were some of the best I've ever had.

Good to see y'all

Awesome rock work!

I too just got back into the hobby, after a 5 year hiatus, and man.... everything is so new and foreign..

I got lucky and bought it brand new from a local guy who changed his mind. The tank is nice, I’m not a big fan of the stand. They use screws that go through the sides and you use little cosmetic caps to cover them.

The non standard pvc plumbing is also not too hot. But I did get the compete setup for $1100 so it was ok for that price.

Tank quality is pretty nice though.

It’s dead silent too.

I am going to remove the glass sump and replace it with custom geos once it’s built and delivered.
