Backorder?

On 6/25, I placed order # 146624, which was for 4 items. I've since received 3 of them, but the Ranco controller is still among the missing. Can you tell me when I can expect it?

I did select to be contacted if something was to be backordered, but all I recieved was shipping notification for the other 3 items...no mentions of the Ranco one way or another.

Sorry about the delay. That item is shipping direct from the factory. We are calling them today to find out status for you. They usually ship out really fast.
