Rear of left side dorsal fin has some gray/white blotchy areas...I am treating with Maracyn-2 (bacteria) and PimaFix (fungus). Got the fish about a week ago and noticed this about 3-4 days ago and started treatment then.
Not spreading and confined to one side only. This is the 40g QT and had a couple of other fish in there and nothing on them.
This is a Divers Den fish and we know their quarantine procedures are excellent....the tank water is about 10 days old. The tank had a powder blue tang in it with Lymphocystis (it came down with it in 5 hrs from after a Red Tailed Trigger was added to the DT and the PB didn't care for that). But this does not look like Lymphocystis.
This fish shows no signs of discomfort so I don't expect a parasite is the cause.
