Bacterial soft rot

Found this on 2 of 3 frags I cut 3 months ago. The affected area was only viable when I would turn off flow and feed. I am looking for any information or places to research so as to protect my reef from this spreading if it even doe. I have cleaned all tools I used to frag them and threw out the water they were fragged in. I had about 18 heads on the two frags and were growing great until this bit of death shows itself to me. I have 2 decent frags that were the main heads on each frag respectively. There was a lot of loss when cutting them due to the skeleton were destroyed but the rot. If there is any process/procedure to deal with this I ask this forums expanse of knowledge to assist my blasto problem. Thanks.

I'd dip the for 30 min every day in lugol's iodine or coral revive until the rot stops. Obviously there's no guarantee it'll save your corals but it'll kill the bacteria causing this which may give the coral a chance to recover.
