I have a 1 1/2 -2" maxima clam that is not looking well to me. I caught the flame angel nipping away at it and so needless to say angel had to go!! Boy was that fun:eek1: The angel has been gone for a week now and my question is, will the mantle grow backif the angel nipped them off? The clam opens fully but the edges of the mantle do not extend nor can I see them. Any help is appreciated.
