yeah MD has always been good to me, I didnt get charged a restocking fee for returning a pinpoint calcium meter.
They always price match for me and ship very fast. You cant get to upset with retailers, they are moving a product, not making it. I know its a hassle to get a hold of the manufacturer, but its best.
A tip for MD maybe is offer to call the manufacture, and 3-way call with the customer right then and there, bet you'd never see a negative post on RC after that?
