Bad experience, will not order again

I ordered from aquacave and had problems. When I called to place my order the guy who answered the phone was distracted to the point that I asked if I should call back. He apoligized and said that he was trying to email some girl and was having trouble getting the email to go through, but that he would forget about it for the moment and take my order. I place a $250 order making sure to clarify all the shipping and payment info to make sure it was right. When I got the email notification my adress was wrong...way wrong, not even the right city. I called them and they said it was my fault for ordering over the phone and that I should order online next time. They charged me $10 for a re-routing fee. Very poor customer service.

About a month later I needed to make another order. I wanted to avoid aquacave this time, but as it turns out they were the only place online that sold the reflectors and lamps that I wanted. So, I gave it a shot and hoped that the first time was exception. I was wrong and had trouble with them the second time as well. I don't want to spend the time typing details, just want to let people know that I have place two orders and have had problems both times. When I order from a company, I expect there to be no problems 99 out of 100 times. No other company online that I have ordered from has had a problem of upholding high standards, why is it that aquacave has?

I will not order from them again.

I'll second gdub's bad experience.

Won't fall for that "send us your invoice number and we will look into it" BS again.

Worst transaction Ive ever had!
