the light on my tank is starting to turn off on it's own ,and then restart. the bulb is about 6 months old. is there a way to tell if a ballast is going bad? mine is about three yrs old. (jbj magnetic ballast/150w DE bulb) it doesn't seem to be heat related. it turns on and off at random times .thanks, james
