Bad Luck With Skimmers

So my luck went from bad to worse with my skimmer situation on my 28gal Nano. Fist the stock skimmer cracked then I switched to the Tunzee 9002 and now that one has stopped working all together. So I am looking for other suggestions for skimmer. No a big bio load as all I have is 2 damsels, carpet anenome and a couple of brittle star fish and some crabs and snails. As for a budget I open to what ever will work best. I don't have a sump so a HOB or intank are my options.

Stopped working as in the pump stopped? Or its not pulling skimmate?

As long as it's fairly new you should be able to do a warranty claim.

Not that new and yes the pump stopped and to be honest I have not had much luck with it..

After a lot of research I just purchased a Aquamaxx HOB1 from Premium Aquatics. Reviews look good on it and can't wait to get it into the tank.

I have the same Tunze. Have you taken it apart and cleaned it? You need to do this about every 6 months. If the pump is dead, you can order another one. Not a bad skimmer, but it is very touchy about water levels. I also have to squirt water around the adjuster knob to get it to take in air. Salt creep seems to clog something in that area.
