That is not normal or good..that animal is severely stressed out. Ihave yet to see an anemone r3cover from that state. I would check your parameters quickly...has anything changed in yiur tank recently? Any new additions?
I've seen this happen before when the water gets to warm. I was told by one of my LFS owners they do this to cool off. Not sure how true this is, but mine came back with no issues and I had a fan in my sump that next day...
Like we stated in your other thread in the anemone clownfish forum this anemone is sick and needs to be treated with Ciprofloxacin. It's not normal for Ritteri/Magnifica to deflate like this. BTA's however are fine when deflating.
If it continues to deflate like this you really need to treat it, the longer you wait the less your chances are of it recovering. GL
